The Lights of Home are Calling

The Lights of Home are calling,
But you can't follow me.
There's still so much for you to do,
Your time is yet to be.

You have many hearts to touch,
You've so much Love to give,
That now is not the time for you.
You've too much Life to live.

You have people yet to meet
And journey with, awhile.
You'll touch them with your many gifts
And teach them how to smile.

Your strength will be in loving
And teaching them to see
The wondrous beauty of their World,
The beauty you showed me.

And when the Lights start calling,
Wherever you may be,
You'll know the time has come at last
When you can follow me.

We'll have a glad reunion
When you can follow me.


A little over a year after my Mother died, she came to me in a dream. I was so happy. I asked her if I could go with her when she left to go back. She said that it was not yet time.

These words are based upon what she told me, when I asked her why I had to wait.


This is for , who recently suffered a Mother's worst possible loss. I hope these words will help.
